Have you stopped posting the rest of the sections?  I sse nothing with a date later than Nov 10, 2008... does that mean no CSS instruction?

You seem to be posting articles solely about WordPress... have you stopped using DreamWeaver completely?  Is there an archived article explaining your reasons... or for any insight as to when one is preferable to the other?
